A few things to know.

Publisher and scope

GPS Stamp is provided by Arash Sakian, Armenia. Contact: arash.armenia97@gmail.com. These terms explain the app and website services. Your license to an App Store copy is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different applicable license is supplied in the App Store listing. These terms supplement that license and do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

What GPS Stamp does

GPS Stamp helps you capture or import photos, add selected information to a stamped copy, organize local jobs, view photo locations, and share records. Availability of camera controls, location readings, map imagery and other features depends on the device, permissions, operating system, connectivity and region.

Accuracy and appropriate use

Time and location may be device-reported, imported from metadata or entered by a user. GPS, heading, altitude, distances, paths and areas can be inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable. A chronological photo path connects capture points; it is not a record of continuous travel.

The app does not certify identity, time, location, ownership, completion of work or legal authenticity. It is not surveying equipment, a boundary determination tool, a navigation service or an emergency service. Review each record and obtain appropriate professional verification before relying on it for safety, legal, engineering or other consequential decisions.

Use the app only where photography and location recording are permitted. Obtain any necessary consent or authorization, respect others’ privacy and intellectual property, and do not use the app to misrepresent evidence or unlawfully track people.

Your content and backups

You retain your rights in photos and other content you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use and share that content. The app processes it to provide the features you choose; it does not claim ownership of your work.

Keep backups of important records. Removing the app, losing a device, storage failure or accidental deletion can cause data loss. The publisher does not operate a cloud archive of your job records. Copies shared to other services are governed by those services.

Free and Pro

The app includes Free features and an optional one-time Pro in-app purchase. The app and Apple’s purchase sheet show the included features and applicable localized price before confirmation. Pro unlocks the advertised premium functionality for the purchased app; it is not a promise of perpetual operation, support, compatibility, future products or every possible future service.

Apple processes payment. Restore an eligible purchase with the Apple Account that made it. Verification and restoration may require internet access. Pending transactions do not unlock paid features until confirmed, and refunded or revoked purchases may remove paid access. Existing saved records are not deleted solely because an entitlement changes.

Apple Maps and other services

Maps and App Store services are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and privacy information. Map coverage and availability can change. Export destinations and email applications are separate services you choose to use; the publisher does not control their availability or handling of your files.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every device and future system version. Applicable warranties, liability rules and remedies are governed by the app license and mandatory law. No statement on this website excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Website examples use sample photos and data to explain features. They are not authenticated work records, testimonials, guarantees of measurement accuracy or proof of professional certification.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may be updated as the app develops. This page shows the version date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. You can stop using the app at any time and should export or back up records you want to keep.
